LA REGLA PARTY CARNAVALERA: Sonidera Edition - Saturday, June 7 2025

The hottest night of summer is coming! Carnival of Cultures is here, and La Regla Party transforms Fitzroy & Larkin into a temple of Sonidero and Picotero sounds. Sonidera MX, for the first time in Berlin, the stellar sonidera from Mexico City, Edna Martínez, ambassador of the Picotera culture from the Colombian Caribbean. The stellar lineup continues with Ritmos Cholulteka, cumbia major from Lisbon, and our brother Selektor Bony who needs no introduction in this city. In the second room, we have the great DJ Flori with a vinyl set of Salsa Dura, plus a b2b session between the new Regla resident Kimbwazo and the habanera promise in Berlin, Morfa537. And as always, the guardians of the Regla sound, El Vago and Bongo, take care of the rhythmic cadences on the vinyl floor! Background info about the party: Since 1998, La Regla has been a solid institution in the Latino community in Berlin! Live acts and selected DJs play Cumbia, Salsa, Latin Bass, Perreo, and other fine tropical sounds. Old school sounds from vinyl of the golden 70s meet brand new genres from Latin American metropolises. An explosive and extremely danceable mix.
