Every Wednesday, the Renate Garden transforms into a lively after-work hangout—a free open-air event running from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, featuring music from in-studio DJs and artists from the Renate community. Two rotating artists curate the event each week, bringing the venue’s spirit outdoors on a weekday. The focus is on an open, non-commercial approach: admission is free, with funding provided through voluntary contributions—such as a donation box or proceeds from the first drink going to the DJs. We are driven by passion for this project. Our goal is to give Renate a new face during the week—creative, welcoming, and community-oriented. We want to create a space where people can gather after work to listen to music, socialize, meet new people, share drinks and pizza, and wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. At the heart of it all are the people who make Renate what it is—DJs, artists, staff, friends, guests, and the entire community. With this format, we want to showcase a renewed love for music, a sense of togetherness, and a family-like spirit under one roof. Wednesdays in the Renate Garden aren't meant to be a typical party; instead, they serve as a regular after-work meeting point—a place for exchange, connection, music, and community. It is a format that demonstrates that culture happens here during the week, too. Our aim is to breathe new life into Renate, strengthen the community, and work together on the future of this unique space. Everyone is welcome here—to listen, meet others, dance, talk, drink, eat, and come together.
