London’s ascendant agitator Babymorocco today announces the deluxe version of his debut album “Amour: The Jean Paul Deluxe”, arriving July 11th via New York label, True Panther Records (Oklou, Frost Children, Jawnino, Grace Ives). Where Amour was a hyper-emotional thrill ride – trashy, euphoric, decadent – its deluxe counterpart introduces a ghost in the mirror Jean Paul.
Babymorocco is a singular voice in experimental and club music, blending hyper-emotional songwriting with a palette drawn from early 2000s dance, French, 2-step, and hardcore. His debut album Amour, executive produced by Frost Children, is a 16-track odyssey through the outer edges of pure structures breaking down into club intensity, big feelings warped through blown-out speakers, sugar highs, and ego death.
